Explain how your remote control service works?
With remote control access to your computer system, we can connect to it immediately. You don't have to wait for us to come on site. And be assured, your information is secure and password protected. Anytime we connect to your computer, the information is encrypted.

Why should I use your services rather than a one-man IT support shop?
A one-person IT support operation won't guarantee a response time, monitor your network every hour of every day, or have extra help available in case of a crisis. The sole operator also won't have a ticketing system to track your service and give you reports, or keep up with your networking information.

Will you support our business during nights and on weekends?
Yes. We have technicians on call all of the time, and we have various ways for you to contact us whenever you need us. We also provide all of our clients with Service Level Agreements that guarantee response times even on nights and weekends.

How long do your service contracts run? 
Typically, we sign agreements for three years. However, we also offer one-to-five-year contracts. You choose. And, with any of these agreements, we include a 90-day trial period for you to get to know us and use our services. If our services aren't what you expected, you can opt out of the agreement at the end of the 90 days. We want you to be 100-percent satisfied with Invision Technologies.
